(Question of concern) Hair transplant for alopecia areata

The lower part is okay, but if you look at just the crown area.

People are surprised. It seems similar to alopecia areata. Only the crown area has less hair... it feels lacking. I also thought about a crown wig, but it might be uncomfortable. I want to get a hair transplant, but is the cost ridiculously expensive?

It's hard to even consider hair transplantation because of the cost.
