I'm curious about the causes of hair loss and products related to hair loss prevention.

Since when, I suddenly feel like I'm losing a lot of hair ㅠ I was surprised when I was combing my hair ㅠ

Could eating habits or lifestyle habits be related to hair loss? These days, with COVID-19 ending, I have frequent overseas business trips and irregular eating patterns due to jet lag, so maybe that's why...

Maybe there's a problem with the shampoo I was using... or if not, could it be that the recent hair dyeing is causing the issue? I read online about hair loss self-diagnosis methods, and I think more than three out of six points apply to me, so I'm worried.

I need advice from those who have used any of the products you are currently using that were effective in preventing hair loss or showed good results!

    스트레스도 원인이고~ 염색약이 안 맞아서 그럴수도 있을것 같아요~ 탈모예방제품은 추천 못 해드리지만~
