My daughter said she hears a crackling sound in her ear, so we went to the nearby ENT clinic, but they said it was due to earwax and told us there's nothing they can do because it's wax in powder form, only applying ointment, and they charged us a high consultation fee.

However, since there was no improvement, I visited the old Yoon In-kyu ENT clinic. The doctor carefully cleaned my ear canal, put ear drops into my ear, and diligently removed even the powdery earwax, providing a very thorough treatment unlike the previous hospital I visited. I was truly touched by the attentive care. I now understand why this place has many patients~ I highly recommend it.
