My back and shoulders have been hurting so much lately.

I visited the Yangsan Tuntun Anesthesia and Pain Medicine Department.

The interior was so clean and bright, as it was a newly built hospital!

The new hospital has a strange waiting list.

It was floating like a kiosk!

Of course, it's not like pressing a button at a kiosk!!

When you enter the hospital, there are treatment explanations posted on the wall. It would be nice to read them while waiting!

There was a blood pressure monitor nearby, so I checked my blood pressure! I was nervous because I heard that some people have high blood pressure when they come to the hospital, but when I actually got the results, I was like, "What's wrong? It's lower than average." So I asked the doctor, and he said it's fine. It's like this!"

When your name is called, go down the short hallway and sit in front of the examination room and wait!

I had to wait for a long time because the old lady in front of me kept calling without listening to the doctor.

 

When I went in for the examination, I saw a young and kind director! I told him that I had been suffering from back and shoulder pain for a long time, and he said that my back might be curved and suggested that I get an x-ray, so I started waiting again!

There was an ultrasound room, so I took one! I guess they do ultrasounds too! If you look straight ahead, there's an x-ray room!

Hospital machines seem so grand and amazing!

After taking the x-ray, I waited for the examination again!

The x-ray I took shows that my lumbar spine is fine, but my back is straight and not curved, so it lacks flexibility and can hurt. ㅠㅠ sigh

Since I'm still young, I decided to just get physical therapy without getting injections!

My shoulder is fine, but when I asked if my back hurts, my shoulder could hurt too, and they said that it rarely happens, but if it continues to hurt, they should get an ultrasound.

I headed to the physical therapy desk to receive my heart-pounding physical therapy!

 

When you go inside, there are individual seats with curtains drawn. I went into one too!

The physical therapy here is really amazing. They apply a warm compress to your lower back and massage it with something like a massage bed these days!! It was so amazing and great! They also give your legs an air compression massage!

After the massage, we start physical therapy using the ICT machine. I quickly took a picture after removing the towel covering it to show you all!

 

This machine is said to treat tissues such as internal muscles, tendons, and ligaments by electrical stimulation! I asked again!!>_<

I think the level of electrical stimulation is raised or lowered based on whether the patient can tolerate it.

The treatment lasts for 10 minutes!

After ICT treatment, I'll move on to magnetic field treatment! The familiar, thudding sound will be ringing in my ears, and I feel like I'm about to fall asleep!

Once the magnetic field that makes you fall asleep is over, we head to the waterbed!

 

The waterbed was so comfortable and nice. I loved the feeling of the sloshing water massaging me. It felt like I was completely healed.

You guys should come too!!

I came to collect the candy and found a bunch of candy, but I couldn't eat a single one! ㅜㅜ

The total cost came to about 14,500.

 

The clinic hours on Saturdays are until 1pm, but it seems like they close around 12pm, so make sure to keep that in mind before you go!!

The hospital was clean and I think I'll go again next time!!
