A place that does good white tanning

My house is in Yangsan, Gyeongsangnam-do, but I don't mind whether it's Yangsan or Busan. I'm not sure if there is a place that was affordable, friendly, and effective for White Day. If anyone has received treatment there, could you recommend a hospital that was good? I'm curious if there were any side effects or any bad points.
