Are there any people who are experiencing relief from joint pain by visiting a Korean medicine clinic in Daegu?

My mother is in pain when moving one arm due to rotator cuff injury, but even at a specialized hospital, it's not enough to require surgery, and taking injections or medication only seems to help temporarily. I heard from some people that they got better after acupuncture at a Korean medicine clinic, but I am unfamiliar with this area.
