What happens when you undergo laser treatment for blemish removal at the dermatology clinic?

I recently had a laser treatment to remove blemishes.

This won't leave a scar, right?

It seems to remain as a scar where it was removed.

I can't tell if it's because it's not fully healed yet ㅜㅜ
