They told me I shouldn't use it, so I have to wear some kind of immobilization device. I also received physical therapy. They applied a gel-like substance and provided a cold treatment. I also received infrared laser therapy. They prescribed a five-day supply of medicine and told me to take it and come back. Since I have pain and inflammation, I plan to receive physical therapy for several consecutive days. It feels slightly less painful after the therapy... The doctor, nurses, and physical therapists were all kind, so even though my body is in pain, I felt at ease during the consultation. Even though there is a bit of a wait because there are many patients, this is the only place I go for orthopedic treatment.
