I visited the clinic because I had a bladder infection and felt unwell, so I wanted a prescription and an injection. When I asked them to prepare the documents for my insurance, they took care of everything for me, including the prescription, medical confirmation, and detailed statement, which was great. It was also nice to have drinks available nearby. I liked that there was a private room for the injections, and with a phone holder installed, I was able to lie down comfortably, get my injection, and rest well before leaving. They were very careful to ensure the injection was painless, and I appreciated being able to call the doctor by pressing on my stomach if I felt any discomfort. I plan to visit again for treatment when I am feeling unwell or uncomfortable. I am satisfied.
