The doctor diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis, the same condition as last year. Since it is difficult to find time for treatment during the week, I was prescribed medication. Last year, I received shockwave rehabilitation therapy, but for now, I just came home with a prescription for medication.
It is located next to Sinpyeong-ri Market in Daegu, so after my medical appointment, I went to the market to eat and do some shopping before going home.
