About three months ago, my back pain worsened, and I felt numbness extending down my right leg, interfering with my daily life. So, I visited an orthopedic surgeon. The hospital was clean and well-equipped, and the staff was friendly. After my visit and imaging, the director diagnosed a herniated disc and explained that it was compressing a nerve. He explained it in an easy-to-understand manner, which was helpful. Fortunately, he said it wasn't serious enough to require surgery and that I could recover with non-surgical treatment. I continued with medication and physical therapy, and even received injections when the pain was severe. My condition gradually improved, and I continued to exercise as recommended.
