I recommend the ophthalmology department at Changwon Fatima Hospital.
There are several large hospitals in Changwon, but there are not many doctors who treat ophthalmological and retinal diseases.
Samsung Hospital said that their doctor quit in December of last year, but they still haven't found a retina specialist.
Gyeongsang National University Hospital only has one doctor who examines the retina, but the wait is a month. My mom had immediate eye problems, so I put my waitlist on hold at Gyeongsang National University Hospital and came to Fatima Hospital's ophthalmology department, which was immediately available. They'd just expanded, so the interior was clean, and all the testing machines were new, so I had a great exam in a pleasant environment. The morning appointments are 8:30 AM and the afternoon appointments are 1:30 PM. Since they take reservations in bulk and examine and treat patients on a first-come, first-served basis, it usually takes 2-3 hours, which is a bit inconvenient, but they're changing to a time-based appointment system starting September 1st. I came today because of my mom, but if I have any eye problems, I'll definitely come to the ophthalmology department at Changwon Fatima Hospital. The Fatima Eye Clinic, located in City Seven with the same name, is really bad because they treat patients half-heartedly. Don't get confused.
This is the ophthalmology department of Changwon Fatima Hospital.
