I've been experiencing occasional knee discomfort, perhaps due to overexerting myself on my bike for a long time, so I've been visiting the clinic. Fortunately, I've been told it's not arthritis or chondromalacia, so I've decided to stop cycling for the time being and focus on joint-healthy exercises in my daily life.
People like me say swimming is better than hiking or climbing stairs. So, in August, I decided to start swimming, which I'd neglected for a while, and to walk 10,000 steps with a proper gait. The Samsung Haji Clinic I visited was great because the physical therapists, doctors, and staff were friendly and didn't force me to do any tests. That's important, right? ^^
