Actually, I don't really know the exact difference between a Korean medicine clinic and a pain medicine department ㅠㅠ

Both... giving injections and providing physical therapy...

It seems to be a similar treatment method.

I would like to visit and receive treatment at a more famous and reputed place if there is one.

My back hurts so much and it doesn't get betterㅠㅠ

Wouldn't it be better to visit a Korean medicine clinic or pain medicine department rather than orthopedics?!
