The season of sweating has arrived, so this year, as always, I went out to get underarm botox.

 

I started getting underarm botox last year.

My constitution changed so much after giving birth to my first child.

Before, I didn't sweat a single drop, but now I sweat so much.

 

I was thinking of going to the same dermatologist, but I went to a hospital recommended by an acquaintance of mine, so I'd like to introduce it to you.

The name is hyperhidrosis botox, and it is also called armpit botox.

First, I'll tell you about hyperhidrosis and botox for hyperhidrosis.

 

Hyperhidrosis

A symptom of excessive sweating due to an abnormality in the autonomic sympathetic nervous system that regulates sweat secretion in the body.

 

Botox for hyperhidrosis

 

A procedure that improves sweating by injecting botox into areas where sweating occurs.
(The principle is to block the nerves by injecting botulinum toxin and weaken the function of the sweat glands)

Hyperhidrosis is treated by injecting it into the armpits, hands, and feet.

It lasts for about 4 to 6 months on average, and sweating gradually decreases after 2 to 3 days after the injection.

After the consultation, I changed into a disposable gown with a top and received the treatment in a private treatment room.

 

The procedure took about 5 to 10 minutes. I think the anesthesia time was about 20 to 30 minutes.

 

 

I applied anesthetic cream and waited, hoping the pain would lessen a bit.

I heard that there are people who do it without anesthesia. I think it's really amazing.

Even with anesthesia, it hurt so much 😭

 

 

After removing the anesthetic cream, they cooled the area with icing to dull the sensation.

They even continued to ice the area where I got botox.

It still hurt, but I felt a little better.

 

 

When I got home, the area where I got the injection was still bumpy and raised.

There were no bruises and it did not interfere with daily life.

 

When I checked the next day, it had subsided and I was so fine that I wondered if I had been hit.

The reason I endured the pain and got botox injections under my armpits is because I can definitely see the difference before and after.

It's a shame I can't show you the level of sweat, but I think the difference in comfort is definitely noticeable.

Sweating has definitely decreased

 

Originally, it was done about twice a year.

The cycle is 4 to 6 months, but I only get it once a year.

First of all, the pain is severe 😭😭

Since sweat is produced the most in the summer and is most visible, it is applied 1-2 months before the summer season.
