Acne treatment

How do you treat children with acne?

Where did you go and what treatment did you receive?

If anyone has tried it, please give some advice~~~.

I went to the dermatologist a couple of times, and at one place, they told me to just leave everything except for the water warts.

One place prescribed a topical medication like disinfectant.

But there has been no improvement and it's getting worse ㅠ
