요즘 운동하면서 서서히 물들어가는 단풍잎을 보며 가을이 온 걸 실감하네요^^ 좋은 하루 되세요 ~

The trees that were once green and lush...
Before I knew it... with yellow and slightly red leaves
It has changed a lot..
It seems like 2023 is gradually coming to an end...
This year... while challenging... and continuing on...
I'm walking a lot and having a joyful time.
Throughout the holiday and extended break... not quite eczema, but...
I kept touching water and working...
Not only the back of the hand... but the fingertips are rough;;;
Even with care through the gimmick, my roughened hands...
Thanks to the handchill you opened just in time...
These days, when I wash my hands... I shiver...
It made me laugh.
When your hands tremble while washing them...
It means I applied lotion well on my hands, haha.
It's a grateful challenge that changes habits..
Suddenly..
Just writing this to express my gratitude haha
