The Korean medicine doctor asked about my symptoms in detail and kindly explained everything through a simple palpation and body shape check.

I received acupuncture treatment around my lower back; it stung a little at first, but as time passed, it actually felt comfortable. I also had cupping therapy, and perhaps because it was applied to areas where fatigue had accumulated, it felt refreshing.

Even after just the first day of treatment, my lower back felt much lighter. The pain didn't completely disappear, but the area around my lower back was less stiff, and my movements were much more natural. I felt that I would get even better if I received treatment consistently for two or three more sessions.
