Lately, whenever I move my wrist, I feel a tingling sensation and the strength draining away. I visited Ace Orthopedics. My wrist pain got worse, especially when I looked at my phone for a long time or did housework, making daily life uncomfortable. During the consultation, I explained my usual wrist usage habits and when the pain started, and the doctor thoroughly examined my condition. They explained that inflammation may have developed due to strain on the wrist from repetitive use. Afterwards, I underwent physical therapy tailored to my wrist condition and was prescribed medication to relieve pain. I was also advised to reduce excessive use for the time being and to wear a wrist brace if necessary. After the treatment, I felt that the discomfort I felt when moving my wrist had decreased a little, and I realized that I should be more careful when using my wrist from now on.
