I visited Galsan Korean Medicine Clinic due to back pain, based on a friend's recommendation. I was pleased with the cleanliness from the very first impression, and the treatment room was also spotless. After registering, I had a consultation with the director, and I was very pleased that he pinpointed the exact location of my pain. It was also helpful that he explained the cause of my pain through an ultrasound diagnosis. After the consultation, I received physical therapy; the therapists were kind and explained everything thoroughly, and I was truly touched by how meticulously they checked for even the slightest discomfort during the treatment process.
It was even better to hear that I would improve by more than 50% if I received physical therapy two or three more times.
If I get sick, I’d like to visit again next time.
