I visited the dental clinic for a consultation regarding my child's orthodontic treatment. At first, I was very worried because my child was nervous, but the director kindly explained everything at my child's level, so we quickly felt at ease. They thoroughly checked the current condition of the teeth and explained in detail, step-by-step, why orthodontics was necessary and how the treatment would proceed, which gave me confidence. I was particularly impressed that they didn't just recommend braces but also considered my child's growth stage to explain the most appropriate timing. They provided specific guidance on the types of appliances, treatment duration, and care methods, which helped resolve many of my uncertainties. The explanations were much more systematic and meticulous than at other clinics, making me feel I could trust them completely. The atmosphere was so good that my child even said they wanted to receive treatment here. Overall, it was a very satisfying visit.
