Review of molar implant at Suwon King Kong Dental Clinic, experience of a part falling off

I had a molar implant done 5 years ago, but the middle part broke off. I neglected it for a long time before visiting the clinic, but... I was told that other parts were more problematic. Still, they only treated the part I was originally scheduled to have treated. When I asked why it fell off, they told me to think of it as a component, implying that it could fall off frequently... It was shocking. They also told me that if it falls off again, I should visit a nearby clinic for treatment even if I can't come to theirs. However, other clinics charge 50,000 to 80,000 won, while this clinic charges only 15,000 won... I absolutely could not understand if that was even a reasonable price. Then, a person claiming to be the director came in, only checked the condition of my tooth, asked me to check other areas besides the one I wanted treated, and then disappeared. Someone else treated me. I received treatment without even knowing exactly who that person was—whether they were a doctor, a nurse, or someone else... If it weren't for this implant, I would never want to go to this clinic again.
