I haven't been feeling well lately, so I've been visiting a Korean medicine clinic. After consulting with the doctor, it seems my blood circulation is poor, so I'm undergoing various treatments. I went to get acupuncture to improve circulation, and today I also had a foot bath. I think I'll try the half-body bath next time. Since all the machines are dry type, I don't feel uncomfortable and I think I can receive the treatments comfortably. I went a little early, but I was surprised to see more patients than I expected. Next time, if I avoid the morning rush and go in the afternoon, it won't be crowded and there won't be much of a wait. I need to keep going consistently to improve my health.
