Review of back treatment at Baeknyeonjigi Korean Medicine Clinic in Seongnam

My lower back and shoulders were really stiff from work, so I visited Baeknyeonjigi Korean Medicine Clinic on a friend's recommendation. To be honest, it had been a long time since I'd been to a Korean medicine clinic, so I was a bit skeptical, but as soon as I walked in, the atmosphere was quiet and well-organized, so my first impression was good. Perhaps because I had an appointment, I didn't have to wait long and went straight into the consultation. The director didn't seem to be just giving a quick look; instead, he asked about my lifestyle habits and the discomfort I usually experience in quite detail.
I received acupuncture treatment, and it wasn't as painful as I expected. Afterward, I felt the stiffness easing up. I particularly appreciated that they explained everything step by step, which helped me understand why it hurt. The staff were also friendly, so overall, the atmosphere was comfortable enough to visit without feeling pressured.
However, it seems like it might get crowded during peak hours, and it doesn't seem like the kind of place where you just get treated quickly and leave. Still, it appears to be a good clinic for those who want calm and attentive care. I plan to visit a few more times myself.
