The nurses at the reception desk are incredibly kind and attentive, and the other nurses were, of course, very friendly as well. I was also very grateful that the doctors kindly answered every single question and explained everything clearly and in an easy-to-understand way. They even called the day after the appointment to check if everything was okay and if I was experiencing any pain or discomfort. Additionally, they contacted me a few days in advance to remind me of my next appointment, which was great because I was able to visit on time without forgetting.
