It is by appointment only, but I didn't have much time, so I made a same-day reservation and visited. I waited about 10 to 20 minutes before my appointment time and then received treatment. The doctor and nurses were kind and provided excellent guidance. I ended up getting a scaling procedure that wasn't on the schedule; it wasn't as painful as I expected. They informed me that I might experience tooth sensitivity for a few days afterward, but I haven't felt any sensitivity at all. I liked that the treatment finished quickly. Dental treatments are always expensive, but I am satisfied that it was completed well without any pain. The parking lot in front of the clinic is always full, so if you use the supermarket parking lot across the street and mention it to the clinic, you can park for free.
