It is the only ENT clinic in the neighborhood. There is a kind doctor, so I feel at ease going there with my children.
When you enter, they take your temperature first, and they even give candy to the children during the test. Watching the camera feed through the nose might be scary, but seeing how brave the kids are while doing it makes it not scary at all!! My kids and I both caught colds, so we got tested there as well. They tailor the medication to each child, explaining everything step by step before prescribing it! When I had a flu test done before, they inserted a swab-like device slowly and painlessly into the nose, so the kids didn't cry at all!!! They do a really good job with the tests!! And after the test is over, they use a nebulizer, and the kids say it feels refreshing afterwards~^^ That's why I prefer this place over a pediatrician!
