I have sleep apnea
I have this... I kept having apnea while sleeping, so I found out about this after searching here and there.
I was prescribed a CPAP machine after undergoing a polysomnography test here at Central ENT.
I underwent a 1-night, 2-day CPAP prescription test at the hospital... I attached the machine to my body, took a nap, and when I woke up, the test was over... The hospital room was pleasant, and the nurse explained everything well... Thanks to the hospital's clear explanation, I've been wearing the CPAP machine and sleeping since then. It's the first time this has happened. It is a little uncomfortable, but the apnea has definitely disappeared. I do think it might be difficult for someone who is a bit sensitive, though.
