The doctors were really kind, and the overall atmosphere of the hospital was very clean, so I felt at ease even though it was my first visit. Perhaps because I had an appointment, the waiting time wasn't long, and I liked that I was able to see the doctor relatively quickly. In particular, both female doctors listened calmly to my concerns, empathized with my discomfort, and explained everything meticulously, which really helped me relax.

I visited because I was very worried about irregular bleeding, but I feel much more at ease now that you have thoroughly checked my symptoms and explained the examination process and causes in an easy-to-understand way. I also liked that the atmosphere allowed me to ask questions comfortably, so I was able to fully inquire about everything I was curious about.

Overall, the treatment process felt comfortable and not burdensome, and I was satisfied because I felt a great deal of consideration for the patient. It is a hospital I would like to visit again when I need to see an OB/GYN in the future.
