I recently visited Vic365 Hospital for treatment, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff guided me kindly, which helped me relax a lot, and I appreciated that the waiting time was shorter than I expected. Most importantly, the doctor in charge thoroughly examined my condition and explained everything in an easy-to-understand way, which instilled confidence in me. They calmly addressed the areas where I was unnecessarily anxious, putting my mind at ease. The facilities were neatly maintained, giving a sense of hygiene, and the examination process was conducted systematically, which gave me overall confidence. I intend to visit again whenever necessary.
