I am leaving a review of my visit to Dasan Barunbon Orthopedic Clinic in Dasan due to wrist pain.
I visited the hospital because the pain had been getting worse due to frequent wrist use recently. The hospital was clean overall, and although it had the typical crowded atmosphere of an orthopedic clinic, the process from registration to guidance was relatively quick. Even though it was a weekday during the day, there were quite a few patients, giving the impression that it is a popular local hospital.
What I liked most about the consultation was that they didn't just ask if it hurt, but actively sought to identify the cause by asking in detail about my lifestyle habits and how I use my wrist. Along with simple tests, they explained whether my current condition was inflammation or a tendon issue, making it easy to understand. I didn't feel like they were recommending unnecessary overtreatment, and I was advised to monitor my progress while combining physical therapy and medication for now.
The physical therapy was conducted more systematically than I expected, and I definitely felt a temporary reduction in pain after treatment. As I attended consistently for several sessions, I felt gradual improvement and realized the importance of changing my daily wrist usage habits. However, there tends to be a bit of a waiting time during busy hours, so it is advisable to visit with plenty of time to spare.
Overall, the friendliness, explanations, and satisfaction with the treatment were all quite good, so I felt it is a place worth visiting for anyone struggling with wrist or joint pain.
