Visit to Roa Neurology Clinic in Seongnam, disappointed by insufficient explanation

I visited Roa Neurosurgery with high expectations after receiving recommendations from those around me. I visited to find out the exact cause of an abnormality in my face and to resolve it.
To start with the conclusion, it was a very disappointing experience.
The female doctor who treated me did not even properly explain the specific diagnosis of the pain I am experiencing.

I did not trust the way they simply prescribed medication without clear guidance on what the problem was or how to manage it going forward.
From a patient's perspective, accurately knowing one's physical condition is the most important thing, but I felt that even that basic requirement was not being met.
In the end, unable to shake off the uneasy feeling, I visited another hospital for a follow-up examination.

I was finally able to hear a specific diagnosis and explanation of my condition, and I was prescribed medication tailored to my situation. I was surprised that the quality of medical care could vary so significantly depending on the hospital, even for the exact same symptoms, and I feel a sense of bitterness that I seem to have wasted my precious time and money.
