Since I was told that my throat was significantly swollen and inflamed, I was prescribed medication to reduce inflammation as well as drugs to help alleviate phlegm and coughing.
The prescribed medication consisted of Medicra Tablets 625mg, Esten Capsules 300mg, Kodeone SC Syrup, and Medicarevacid Tablets, to be taken three times a day for a total of about four days. My biggest concern while taking the medication was how quickly the pain or discomfort would subside; however, after about a day of taking the medicine, I definitely felt the stinging sensation in my throat and the coughing lessen. I was particularly pleased that the discomfort caused by coughing at night was significantly relieved, allowing me to sleep comfortably.
Personally, I have often experienced situations where hospital visits lacked sufficient explanation or were rushed, but I was satisfied with this consultation because the director thoroughly explained my symptoms and advised me on precautions to take in my daily life. They emphasized the importance of drinking plenty of water and keeping my throat from drying out, and told me to visit again if my symptoms worsen or if I develop a fever.
Overall, the consultation process was friendly and comfortable. Most importantly, the medication was prescribed to suit my symptoms, so I felt my recovery speed was quite good.
