The hospital had the thoughtfulness to offer coffee and drinks, haha. I went hiking with my best friend for a light, fun outing, but I slightly injured my hand on the way down, so I ended up looking for a nearby hospital. Luckily, there was a hospital near my friend's house, so I visited right away. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses was incredibly kind. I was flustered because the injury happened so suddenly, but they helped with the registration and gave me great guidance, which put my mind at ease.
The doctor carefully checked the condition of my hand and explained everything well, assuring me that there was nothing to worry about. I was unnecessarily scared, but they kindly joked that it was no big deal and disinfected it thoroughly. I was also grateful that they kept checking to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable during the treatment.
Even though it was a sudden visit, all the staff were kind. My friend says they go to this hospital too.
