I have always had rhinitis and conjunctivitis, but as the weather warmed up, my eyes were unusually itchy this year. Starting a week ago, my eyes became bloodshot and felt like there was something in them; the whites of my eyes were very swollen, and I had a lot of discharge that looked like pus. So, as soon as the holidays ended, I visited the clinic and was prescribed eye drops, eye ointment, and oral medication. Today, after just three days, I have improved significantly; the discharge is gone, and the itching is gone. I was worried because my intraocular pressure had also risen, but I saw today that it has dropped considerably. The doctor examined me thoroughly, and the nurses were kind despite being busy. I was impressed by how they did their best to serve me, even though the clinic was crowded with patients. It feels warm here, unlike other hospitals these days.
