Siheung Baegot Seoul View Clinic: Daughter's Acne Treatment Review

Recently, my sixth-grader daughter suddenly started breaking out a lot of acne on her face, neck, and back, so I went to Seoul View Clinic. I was worried because I had been managing it at home, but it was getting redder and more painful to the touch, so I thought it would be a good idea to seek professional advice. In the clinic, Dr. Shin Young-min examined my daughter's skin with a magnifying camera and explained the condition. He explained that hormonal changes during puberty cause increased sebum production, clogging pores and leading to inflammatory acne.
The treatment began with acne extraction and soothing treatments to minimize skin irritation, followed by an aqua peeling treatment to reduce inflammation. The nurse gently softened the skin before performing the extraction, which was surprisingly painless. Afterward, a cooling, soothing pack was applied, which put my child at ease. After the treatment, the nurse also provided detailed instructions on using a mild acne ointment and washing my face at home.
What I liked about this hospital was that they didn't recommend harsh treatments right away, especially for my child's skin, but instead focused on a step-by-step approach. They also kindly answered any questions I had, which gave me a sense of trust. The day after the treatment, there was some redness, but it subsided quickly after two or three days. After about a week, I noticed a significant decrease in new, inflammatory acne.
