Wrist pain, solved at Paju City's Yadang Yonsei Orthopedic Clinic!

Using the computer for over 8 hours a day put a lot of strain on my wrist. At first, it was just a slight stiffness, but at some point, I started experiencing sharp, tingling pain whenever I lifted objects or bent my wrist. I worried that I would be in serious trouble if I continued working like this, so I started looking for a hospital. A friend told me they felt better after getting a wrist injection at an orthopedic clinic, so I immediately made an appointment and went there. The doctor examined my wrist, took an X-ray, and checked various things by pressing on the painful area. As expected, the results showed that my wrist ligaments were slightly stretched, and the doctor warned that leaving it untreated could lead to chronic pain. For treatment, they recommended a ligament strengthening injection. Honestly, I was a bit scared at first because it was an injection. But the doctor explained everything so kindly. They explained that it involves injecting medication around the damaged ligaments to aid regeneration; since it strengthens the wrist itself rather than just eliminating inflammation, it is much better in the long run. The effects didn't show up dramatically right after the injection, but after 3 to 4 days, the pain definitely decreased! And after about two weeks, it felt much less burdensome when lifting things or typing.
