I booked a Pico Toning appointment and received treatment.
They recommended 5 to 10 sessions, so I proceeded with the 10 and received my 5th treatment. Personally, I still can't really tell if it has gotten cleaner or brighter. Since I still have 5 more sessions left, I am looking forward to seeing a difference once the 10 sessions are finished.
After treatment, apply the essence and then the regenerating cream prepared at the desk.
I had a reservation for Friday, but it was crowded, probably because it was dinner time. It wasn't this bad on Thursdays before.
I should make a reservation for Thursday next time.

The doctors are kind, provide excellent medical care, and explain everything clearly. The nurses also seem to handle everything in an orderly manner, even though they are busy.
