A review of rapid enteritis treatment and recovery at Yonsei Our Clinic in Ansan City.

I recently visited this clinic with severe symptoms of enteritis, including diarrhea, abdominal pain, and vomiting. Initially, I thought it was simple gastroenteritis and just took medication from the pharmacy. However, my symptoms worsened, so I sought treatment. I was quite unwell when I visited, but everything from check-in to consultation was relatively quick. The doctor asked me in detail about my symptoms, performed a brief physical examination (including abdominal auscultation), and recommended additional tests. He also advised me that I might be dehydrated and would need rehydration.
While receiving IV fluids, the nurses kindly explained everything to me and constantly checked on me to ensure I was comfortable, which made me feel at ease. After taking the prescribed digestive, antidiarrheal, and electrolyte supplements along with the IV fluids, my diarrhea and abdominal pain significantly improved after about a day. After the treatment, I received advice on hydration and dietary management, and my difficult enteritis symptoms significantly improved, allowing me to return to my daily routine.
At first, I hesitated whether or not to go to the hospital, but I felt like I recovered much faster thanks to the prompt diagnosis and treatment. The hospital staff were generally friendly and provided detailed explanations, which made entrusting my first gastroenteritis treatment feel less burdensome. I intend to return the next time I feel unwell.
