My child's rhinitis was getting worse, so I visited Jeong So-a Pediatrics. Every night, I couldn't sleep properly because of the stuffy nose, and in the morning, I was worried because of the persistent, clear runny nose. The hospital was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere for children, so I was able to wait without any tension.
In the examination room, the director carefully asked me when my symptoms began to worsen and whether there were any seasonal factors or allergies. He showed me the inside of my nose and explained in an easy-to-understand way why my nasal congestion was worsening, which was reassuring. In addition to prescribing medication, he also provided detailed guidance on daily care, including nasal irrigation, indoor humidity management, and bedding management, which was incredibly helpful.
After starting treatment, my nighttime nasal congestion gradually eased, and I sneezed less frequently. Overall, I was satisfied with the meticulous and caring treatment.
