Environmental Campaign Exchange♡

I heard that if I bring five items of used batteries, PET bottles, or milk cartons from the neighborhood environmental campaign, I can exchange them for a tumbler, so I exchanged five PET bottles for a tumbler~

Since I drink bottled water at home, a lot of PET bottles are coming out haha

The tumbler lid also shows the temperature, you knowㅎㅎ

These days, everything is coming out, huh^^

And also Aonanshi??? I received one of those too, haha.

I also checked my blood sugar while I was at it. Is a 2-hour post-meal blood sugar of 99 considered normal?
