The director honestly compared the things I was curious about and explained the pros and cons of the treatment to the point where it seemed excessive, so I trusted them as a patient. The medicine they prescribed worked very well, and the ointment wasn't a steroid, but an ointment that I could just apply, so it wasn't burdensome, so I ended up visiting again.
As expected, there is no overtreatment at all, which is great.
