I had a deep cut on my finger, so I went in for an emergency visit. The entire process from check-in to treatment was incredibly quick, which put my panic at ease. After examining my wound, they meticulously disinfected and stopped the bleeding, and even explained in detail whether stitches would be needed. Most importantly, they constantly asked if I was okay during the treatment and were very attentive to my pain. They even gave me detailed instructions on dressing methods, home care, and tips on keeping my wound dry, which was incredibly helpful. The facility was also clean and hygienic, which was nice. Hand injuries can be quite inconvenient, but the quick and accurate treatment helped ease my concerns about scarring. If I ever need another emergency, I'll definitely be coming here.
