Acute gastritis treatment review at First Internal Medicine Clinic in Gimpo City

This is my review of First Internal Medicine, which I visited on a friend's recommendation. I suffered from constant vomiting and diarrhea all night, so I rushed there as soon as I opened my eyes. The director asked me very specific and thorough questions about my symptoms. He was also very kind and gentle. I was dehydrated due to excessive vomiting, so I received an IV drip, and I definitely felt better afterward. I can see why my friend recommended this clinic. They were friendly and provided excellent care. The facilities were comfortable and clean, and the staff were all very friendly, so I felt comfortable during my treatment.
