Review of my child's treatment experience at the Siheung City Nuga Pediatric and Adolescent Clinic

My child had a runny nose and cough that worsened, and I even felt like I had a fever, so I visited the pediatrics department. From the moment I checked in, the nurses spoke to me at my child's level, which really eased my nerves. In the examination room, the director calmly examined my child's condition. After thoroughly checking my child's throat, ears, and breathing, she explained whether it was just a cold or a possible bacterial infection, which was reassuring as a parent.
Treatment was focused on fever reducers and cough medicine, tailored to the child's symptoms. The doctor also explained in detail why antibiotics weren't prevalent. He also explained how to manage the condition at home, how to deal with a recurring fever, and what symptoms to watch out for, which was incredibly helpful. I was surprised that my child didn't cry and followed along without fear, suggesting he wasn't afraid of the appointment.
What I find better about this hospital than others is its warm, caring attitude toward children and the thorough explanations they provide to parents. They provide care without feeling rushed, which gives me confidence. I think I'll continue to come here for my child's colds and vaccinations.
