I just got facial laser hair removal at Jinjeop Maypure, and I'm leaving an honest review for those who are considering it. Reservations are required here, so I made a reservation in advance via KakaoTalk. As rumored, it was very crowded, so there was a bit of a wait. The clinic's atmosphere feels like a clean, factory-style environment, but the overall systemic approach put me at ease.
My biggest worry was the pain, but after applying anesthetic cream and waiting a while for the laser to be fired, it was more bearable than I expected. Of course, areas with thick hair, like the philtrum and chin, felt a prickle, and I naturally frowned. But the doctor's hands were so quick that it was over in a flash. I don't think the actual procedure took even five minutes.
I've had three sessions now, and I can definitely feel the effects. Before, even if I shaved in the morning, I'd still have a dull complexion by the afternoon, but these days, I shave less often, and my skin tone feels clearer, so I'm incredibly satisfied. My face feels a little hot after the treatment, but if I apply moisturizer and sunscreen, it subsides quickly. Considering the cost-effectiveness, I can't think of a better place near Jinjeop.
