I was nervous and shaking when I got the nerve treatment injection in my neck, but thanks to the doctor telling me in advance that it would be a tingling or numb feeling, it wasn't that painful.

After finishing my course, I went to physical therapy and had my legs massaged with an air massager to relax my muscles.
