My first C-section, which made me even more nervous: A review of Sanbon Jeil Hospital
I had my first Cesarean section at Sanbon Jeil Hospital.
Starting the day before the surgery, I felt restless for no reason, and I was very nervous because of the burden the word 'surgery' itself carries. I was also more scared since it was my first time.
On the day of the surgery, the medical staff calmly explained everything and kept talking to me, so I felt much more at ease than I expected. The preparation process was also systematic, which gave me confidence that this is a common surgery performed here.
Once the surgery actually began and I met my baby, all my worries vanished at once. It wasn't a long time, but it was the most intense moment of my life.
Honestly, the recovery process isn't easy, but if you are considering a C-section for the first time, I don't think you need to be too scared. My first C-section experience at Sanbon Jeil Hospital left me with more gratitude than fear.
