I've been visiting the clinic regularly for symptoms of reflux esophagitis. Dr. Park is always thorough and calm, so I trust him. He said that reflux esophagitis requires medication for at least a month, and that lifestyle changes are more important than medication. He said that lying down immediately after eating is definitely not good, and sitting is also not good. He said standing or walking a little is better. Taking medication isn't difficult, but improving lifestyle habits is really hard. One thing that's disappointing is that the guidance is disorganized, so it's a bit confusing. Even though there are many employees, the division of labor doesn't seem to be well-organized, which is disappointing. Other than that, I've been using the clinic without any regrets.
