Plantar fasciitis treatment review at The Barun Orthopedic Clinic in Seongnam

I'm a woman in my late 40s suffering from plantar fasciitis. I gained 10kg, so I tried to lose weight by walking at least 10,000 steps. Instead, I developed plantar fasciitis. I've been treated at small local hospitals and larger hospitals near Seohyeon Station in Bundang, but nothing worked. My husband got a pain-relieving injection at Deoban Orthopedic Clinic for elbow pain, and it was a miracle (though longer-term observation is needed). So I went in for my own injection. However, the doctor said the treatment area was different and he couldn't use the same method. I was planning on getting physical therapy and extracorporeal shock wave therapy (not covered by insurance, starting at 50,000 won for 2,000 strokes). However, my schedule didn't allow, so I ended up getting just anti-inflammatory medication. The director and nurses were all very kind. (My own review)
